Fahrenheit Blues Cafe began with a simple conviction: that the best bread, pastries, and coffee come from treating every ingredient with respect and every guest like family.

Located on Horsely Lane in Starkville, we are a neighborhood bakery and café that sources locally whenever possible and bakes from scratch every single morning. Our ovens fire before dawn so that by the time you walk through the door, everything is fresh — warm croissants, crusty sourdough, seasonal fruit tarts, and coffee pulled to order.

We also carry a curated selection of groceries — pantry staples, specialty oils, local honey, and house-made preserves — because a great meal starts long before the first bite.
